Aleksandra worked in a pediatric office for 5 years as a front desk receptionist. Answering phones and scheduling patients was her main job. She also checked patients’ eligibility, took care of faxes, prepped patients charts daily. After she left pediatric office, she worked for a billing company and was a part of a support department. Aleksandra worked there for 2 years. Her main job was working on patients AR, sending patients collection letters, answering phone calls from patients and taking their payments. Aleksandra also briefly learned to work on doctor’s invoices.
