Agnes has been working in Healthcare for 18 years. She started her journey with ob-gyn practice as a patient coordinator and medical administrative assistant. For 7 years Agnes was taking care of scheduling, phone calls, insurance verification, medical records, referrals and prior authorizations, coordination with billing and internal audits.

After that she was promoted to an office manager at a family practice and worked in that position for 9 years. After 16 years in the office setting, Agnes decided to take a step towards more specific direction, and joined Pro Healthcare Solutions Inc as a full time medical biller and credentialing specialist.

Agnes’ experience helps her work effectively with patients and insurances, and being an expert in solving most difficult cases.
